Figgy
Toy Fox Terrier MixFiggy came to us as a stray — frightened, in heat, full of fleas, and smelling of motor oil. It took several baths to get her clean and comfortable, but it didn't take long for this sweet girl to settle right in. That nubby little tail never stopped wiggling! Figgy is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and heartworm negative. We are so happy she found her forever home!
National Park Ranger
Labrador Retriever MixMeet National Park Ranger — yes, that's his full name, and he has earned every word of it! Ranger came to us as part of a litter born to a white Labrador Retriever wandering the streets near The Quarry. His family spotted him on a Poquita Paws social post and fell in love at first sight. They drove all the way down from Dallas to bring him home — and what a home it has been! Ranger has lived the most adventurous life, visiting 42 National Parks across the USA and 14 more in Canada. From a stray litter to a life full of trails, mountains, and wide open skies — this is exactly why we do what we do.

Ember
MixedEmber came to us as a 10-week-old puppy mill pup who was surrendered because she was simply too much puppy for her first family. She arrived with several medical issues that took a lot of love and time to resolve — but once healthy, she was absolutely worth the wait. Ember found her forever home with a family who has adopted from Poquita Paws four times before. She couldn't be in better hands!
Molly
MixedMolly came to us as an owner surrender at just 10 months old — and she happens to be deaf. But that didn't slow her down one bit! Her forever family was already fluent in American Sign Language and had previous experience with deaf dogs, making them the perfect match. Molly is now thriving in a home that truly understands her world.
Bailey
SchnauzerBailey's story is nothing short of a miracle. This beautiful purebred Schnauzer was brought in for euthanasia without reason — and our vet said absolutely not. From that moment, Bailey found her way into the Poquita Paws family and now she has found her forever home. That expressive sweet face deserves all the pets and attention in the world!
